Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to avoid paying taxes on Health Care & Dependent Care expenses you are already incurring.

For the Health Care FSA, eligible expenses include co-pays, prescription drugs, many over-the-counter medications, dental work, chiropractic services and massage therapy.  Expenses can be for you or any of your tax dependents, even if your dependents aren't on your employer's insurance program.
