Mileage Rate

The standard mileage rate for use of an automobile to obtain health care during the following time periods is as follows:

  • 23.5 cents per mile = Jul 1 – Dec 31, 2026
  • 20.5 cents per mile = Jan 1 – Jun 30, 2026
  • 21 cents per mile = Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2025
  • 21 cents per mile = Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2024
